During ceremonies, it is usually the shaman who makes the journey into the world of the spirits and returns to transmit their my messages to the consultant.

But perhaps you are tempted to make the trip yourself? It's entirely possible. If it is the first time, then it is an initiatory journey (although you have probably already made one, without your knowledge, in your dreams for example).

It is therefore a question of allowing you to acquire some basics to initiate your own relationship with your interior window. I practice drum trips, without psychotropic substances. On this journey, we will meet your power animal (or guide animal) and probably other spirits who are ready to give you messages.

It is the first step in a journey that changes you and takes you far away.
