A few obligatory words

I'm supposed to publish this kind of text because lawyers (whom I don't know, and who I have no idea where they are or who they work for) have decided it this way for all of us. They called it, "privacy policy".

A privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways in which a website collects, uses, discloses and manages data about its visitors and customers. It meets a legal obligation to protect the privacy of a visitor or customer. The link to my "privacy policy"must appear on all pages of my site. That's what they say.

To put it simply: I do not collect any data about you without your knowledge, but only if you send it to me, by email for example. In this case, I will keep your message as part of our exchange. I can delete it without problem if you wish. I will also keep your contact details if you provide them to me, so that I can communicate with you. Here too, I can delete them without problem upon simple request from you.

When you send me information, by email or via a form on this site, it passes through servers about which I have no knowledge. I have no idea what these servers do with your data. They are absolutely not supposed to do anything with them or keep them without permission. We hope this is indeed the case. But my advice is not to send information that you consider sensitive, because we don't know anything about these servers.

I do not share your information with anyone! As part of my shamanic activity, I am of course committed to respecting the confidentiality of your private life. I absolutely do not use any of your information for advertising, marketing, or targeting purposes. All this does not interest me and is contrary to the shamanic spirit, for which our space, each of us, is sacred.

I imagine that we can write pages of absurd texts around their legal concepts which aim above all to dictate to us the scope of our freedoms. I simply assure you that I am committed to respecting your private space, your freedom and the valuable information that you decide to entrust to me.

In shamanism, there is no intellectual property. What the spirits give us as a message does not belong to anyone or everyone. There is no lawyer “on the other side.” This means that if you want to use concepts you find here, go for it. They were passed to me by spirits and I am not going to claim exclusivity on them.

As for the texts, images and videos: apart from 2 images for which I purchased the rights to use on sites dedicated to this, all the texts, images and videos were created by me. If you would like to use or distribute any, please ask me first. I will be able to tell you if I have the rights and if I can allow you to use them.
